Dear All,
It would seem the scourge of the noisy scooter has reared its ugly head again - I think it emanates from half-way up Rathcoole Avenue on the railway side, is small, deafening and probably illegal to use on the public highway. (Never mind the obligatory wheelies etc)
Does anyone know where it comes from and has anyone been disturbed enough yet to mention it to the Local Neighbourhood Police, who usually deal diplomatically with these things?
If I know the house number or scooter number, I'll register the complaint. And remember, letting it go without comment usually means that it increases.
