Dear neighbours,

I know this is an unsavory topic, but I have noticed a massive increase in the amount of dog poo in the middle of the pavement.  I live on Harvey Road, and 4 times since Christmas there has been dog poo either in front of my house or in front of my neighbours’ houses.  My boyfriend is visually impaired, and he has stepped in it twice. Very, very unpleasant.  I am reasonably confident that the mess is caused by one extremely inconsiderate dog owner. So, have others in the area been experiencing an increased problem? Does anyone know who the culprit is? Any suggestions as to how we can deal with this?
