Presume people around the Albert Works development have noticed the
football floodlight-style lights now switched on in the car park area.
For now it might be a good idea to deter intruders but it's like a
flipping full moon every night. There ought to be a law against it.
Hopefully if anyone ever moves into that absurdly over-priced
development (prices start at £375,000 for 2 pokey bedrooms) they won't
like it either.
Does anyone know if excessive night-time bright lights are prohibited
in some way?
