Dear Residents

Two years ago I visited your AGM hoping to organise a street party and
bring residents together.

I feel that in this time of credit crunch and much unhappiness in the
country and around the world we need to extend a hand of friendship and
community to our neighbours.

I have the permission of Bruno to write to you all and I hope some of you
will remember me.

It is accepted that your part of the ward has been neglected in terms of
funding for making the difference budget.

I do hope that many of you will turn up at the meeting I am going to call
at St Mary¹s JuniorSchoolon RectoryGardens.

The final date for applying for the grant is March 31ST 2009.

I do hope that as many of you will turn up as possible and share some of
the responsibility for taking this forward.

Please feel free to suggest any other activity you may wish to see go
forward.

Bruno has done a fantastic job and I am grateful to him for the work he has
done.

I am prepared to put a lot of effort into helping and so will others in the
Council
