We used to have quite a few squirrels visiting our back garden (Rathcoole Gardens), and have had for the past few years.

But I haven't seen a single one for at least six months.

Quite. They used to dig up all my bulbs and eat all the bird food I put out in allegedly squirrrelproof containers.   Could be the feral cat which terrorised...
