Dear Diane Dalmon,
Just in case you have not already heard, I am writing to let you know that
there has been a new application for a lap dancing club on Tottenham Lane
in Crouch End. In spite of our efforts to stop the Music Palace getting
direct permission to run a lap dancing club in the heart of our community,
the applicants are back - this time they are trying a different tack and
are applying for planning permission.
I’m again working very closely with the ‘Lapoff’ campaigners and my Lib Dem
Councillor colleague Dave Winskill to make sure residents get to have a
say. Councillor Winskill has already sent in a broad objection to the
application, and has asked Haringey Council to host a public planning forum
so the community has the maximum opportunity to get involved in this
important decision.
I will be submitting my own objection in the next few weeks. Please make
sure you have your say too. You can view the full application online at;
http://www.haringey.gov.uk/index/housing_and_planning/planning-mainpage/applications/view_applications.htm
- Go to view applications and enter reference HGY/2009/0953. You can also
email customercare@... with this reference clearly indicating
it is a planning objection. Please do copy me into your email so I can get
a feel for your thoughts on the matter.
With the community standing together I hope we can see off this
application.
Kind regards,
Lynne Featherstone

have heard about the new application and would want to have their say.

I have sent you this email because, according to our records, you have
previously contacted me or a colleague on one of the above issues and/or
agreed to receive news by email from us. However, if you believe a mistake
has been made or if you would rather not receive such emails in future,
please let me know.
