You can set the sort order of messages? Just click on the link in the date column. Your preferences will be remembered, so you don't have to do it again when you return.
Not sure what they were doing but it has really messed up our connection. Before hand it was slow but reasonably stable now we are lucky if it is up for 5 mins...

Should have said that Plusnet is not my ISP but mine (which uses BT) has said that it saw all 20CN and 21CN connections in MK drop due to planned engineering...
