I feed my cavaliers mighty dog too for pills and when they won't eat.I get the ones that are mushy, not the gourmet dinner ones that have chunks of food.   If you look on the label you will see the ingredients aren't bad?  You should feed it to her if she will eat it.  Also try baby food, any type she will eat.  You might have to put  a little on her finger and hand feed her.  That is what I had to do to get them to eat.  Also try Vatical-Gives your dog needed nutrition fast.
