teeth cleaning poll   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #829 of 1476 |
Hi guys!

I'd like you guys to respond to a poll if you will.
If you're busy, just say yes, clean them or no, don't
do it.

I have a close friend named Anna who has a 13 year old
Pomeranian. Anna is not married, doesn't have
children, or any other animals. This is her "baby".

Her dog has Cushings Disease and a 1-2 grade heart
murmur. Her teeth are bad and the vet wants to clean
them. Anna is afraid to have them cleaned because of
her dog's health problems and advanced age.

The vet says she's never had a dog die during a dental
and that it's quantity of life vs. quality and that if
she did die, it'd be God's will, that it was her time
to go.

Anna's not so sure and is gathering the opinion of
other dog owners. Since you guys are such informed and
loving owners, do you mind telling us what you think?

Thanks, Terri
