I hear what you're saying!
I think everybody has experienced something similar at the surgery at
some point!
There are things that wind us all up (Receptionists being down-right
rude at times), but did you know that the Doctors also work at the
other 2 sites (Castleford and Airedale)?
This may well offer a case as to why there are so many rooms and not
enough Dr's...
Also I have found every single GP to be fantastic and reassuring with
both my wife and I...never rude, even if a little over-worked with
the huge increase of patients in Methley - One resident I know
reckons that Methley has doubled in terms of population.
