Welcome to 'MyTearsAreReal', we are a friendly and supportive mental health support group based in the UK, we try to provide a safe place for people to talk about and support each other on issues such as borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, manic depression, self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, and other mental health issues.

Please put trigger warnings up on any messages that you think might trigger the other members of group, and respect each other.

We do not allow any fights, personal attacks or arguments anywhere in the group. This group is currently spam free, we intend to keep it that way, therefore, all spammers will be banned and reported to Yahoo for violation of the Terms of Service.
