Greetings; I am happy to announce that April's Featured Links are

The page begins this month with a link to the web site of the new
BBC / Discovery television series Son of God (showing in the
U.S.A. as Jesus: The Complete Story). You may well have come
across the reconstruction of the head of one of Jesus' Jewish
contemporaries in the media, often accompanied by (misleading)
headlines like "Is this the face of Jesus?" Since I was involved with
this project, I thought it might worthwhile to include some details in
this month's Featured Links. My involvement with this is also the
reason I'm a little behind with updating the NT Gateway this week --
the media fascination with it took me by surprise and in the last
week of a very busy term I found myself constantly on the phone,
doing interviews, even appearing on radio and TV. Thankfully
things have now calmed down enough for me to get back to other
things, not least the New Testament Gateway.

Also this month, investigate a major new web site on Paul called
As Paul Tells It by J. Peter Bercovitz, an excellent scholarly web
site based on a Paul-only letters-based chronology. And you have
until April 16 to take advantage of a freebie -- New International
Version Bible Software.
