hello everyone,
my name is Sally and I am hoping to travel to Europe from my home
here in Australia to do some interviews with people who are using NVC
in schools and other settings as part of a fact finding mission to
inform the slowly developing NVC community and others here in
Australia.
If my grant application is successful I will travel to Europe and the
UK in October 2008 and am wondering if anyone is interested in
beginning to discuss their project with me by mail now so that we can
begin to connect prior to my arrival.
I have worked as a counsellor and community educator for a couple of
decades now, primarily with children who are victims of sexual abuse
and domestic violence but have also been a community educator and
family counsellor in other settings.
It strikes me that NVC answers the needs of many of the groups I have
worked with and I am hoping to bring news of successful projects back
to the communities here to support changes in the ways that violence
is perpetuated in families and other groups.

I have been encouraged by the dialogue i have read here to date. NVC
is very new in Australia and I have great hopes for what can be
accomplished here.
