WELCOME TO THE INDIAN LIST SERVER ON OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH!

OBJECTIVE: This mailing list wants to facilitate the discussion among professionals in occupational health, occupational medicine, safety and industrial hygiene. Participants are company doctors, community doctors, safety officers, engineers, managers responsible for health & safety, nurses, researchers and other interested individuals. The list is used to ask questions, discuss solutions, exchange information, announce news and events, report good practices for companies and - overall - support the development in the field of occupational health & safety in India.

MODERATION: This list is moderated since March 2007 by a group of moderators (details see below). Every message will be screened by a moderator. All messages regarding Occupational Health will then be approved for posting to the entire group of subscribers. The moderators will not check or censor the content, the sender is still responsible for the accuracy and content of the posting. Moderators only filter out spam, virus-infected emails and unrelated messages.

INTRODUCTION: To start we suggest that everybody who joins the list introduces her- or himself to the other list-members. Please give a short description of your work and interests.
