This group/community is for those who wish to read and write about their experiences of non-duality, Awareness, Seeing, Realisation, Enlightenment [whichever name you choose].

We ask ALL participants to take an active part in the forum. We are all friends here and we like to protect our space. We would appreciate it if people reveal their true name/identity and gender, rather than a pseudonym.

In addition we appreciate members who introduce themselves and, if only occasionally, make the effort to contribute. Silent members will be contacted and asked if they wish to take an active part and if not they will be ejected.


This non-dual forum is for those who are not too fixed on a particular way of expressing their non-dual understanding, and thus are willing to share a more fluid, flexible dialogue than is available on some other forums dealing with the same subject.

What we do want is openness, playfulness, honesty and straight talking. We don’t want long philosophical debates.

We welcome members from all traditions.

What we don’t welcome is intolerance.

We would ask that posts should not be copied either in part or whole, or re-posted onto other forums/websites/or passed to any other parties.

Swearing, insulting and personal attacks will result in exclusion from the site.
