2. ACE Exercise Library
This site lets you "create your own workout depending on the amount of time
you have and the equipment available to you." Choose from exercises from
the categories for agility and balance, arms, back, chest, core, legs, and
shoulders. Exercises are both described and shown in photographs. Some of
the exercises require equipment such as a stability ball or stretch band.
