Hello, my name is Alex. This group is mainly for the Pike angler in the UK, but as the group name suggests, coarse fishing for Bream, Roach, Chub, Tench etc are also very much a part of this group.
This group is to help each other out with our mutual interest. Whether you fish with maggots,worms, deadbaits, live baits or spinning; whether yours is a specimen or a small fish, you are welcome to air your views, give any tips on locations or tactics used, tell about your experiences-good or bad- as a novice or as an experienced angler.
About myself, I am just the average Pike/coarse angler who enjoys his sport come rain or shine, with a bulging or a dry net. I usually start my Pike fishing season in Oct and fish for them till the end of March. I also fish for other species during this time but I concentrate more on these species during the summer,Tench being my favourite.
Please remember that this group is open to all including women and children. So please keep your messages clean as failure to comply with this request would result in the person concerned to be banned.
