At http://www.setar.info/Events.htm I read of setar courses in Cologne at Majid Derakhshani's ( majid_derakhshani@... ) Nava Music Centre as well as of Hamid Motabassem's ( hsdmotebassem@... ) Society of Tar and Setar Players there. But I
do not know if this information is still accurate. Perhaps you might also find information in the Setar Info forum at http://pub42.bravenet.com/forum/show.php?usernum=3553138048&cpv=1.
