Hi everyone
Back in after slushy walk.. Hope all safely tucked up in the warm. And
have a good week - more snow on way??!
Comfort food week in Poolhouse. This is recipe No 2 for Brownie (first
one sooooo strong on choc. We prefer this one). Easy peasy. Melt 150g
butter in big pan. Add 330g caster sugar. Then add 60g cocoa, 75g SR
flour, 3 eggs and choc chips (100g). It's a bit vague as I found
"instructions" on a scrap paper - must've made it years ago. It went in
a greased tin 20x25cm, 175 degrees about 25 mins I guess.
Singing was great - hope to catch up with everyone soon.
Love
K
