I'm running Exeter on level 5. Theres an arrival from Exmouth at 508pm
that shows red as if its a delayed arrival on the inbound TM line but
cannot be moved onto JDE etc. Underneath the train when clicked it says
in red - Arrival delayed by late departure. I have let it run until 610
by which time 2 further trains should have arrived but havent as the
line is blocked. Any ideas?
