The time is coming, we hope in months rather than years, for us to
produce our first Windows-only simulation. This is intended to look
and feel similar to Brian's trial version of Isle of Wight.

It would be helpful to know how many of you are still running
something other than XP or Vista, and would have trouble running a
Win-32 application, or accessing a .chm help file. Looking to the
future, it seems to make sense to use the latest base point we can, to
push as far as possible into the future the time when MS pull the rug
out from under us again.
