I think you've misunderstood what Brian wrote, Michael. The point is not
that we're developing DOS applications rather than Windows (we're not),
but that we're too busy developing new Windows simulations to spend the
time required to "tidy up" the IoW one as a full Windows product. Both
Brian and I have a new Windows one under development, and since the IoW
one is already available, albeit as a DOS one, it seems better to
concentrate our efforts on the new ones.

I hope at some time it will be possible to finish work on the IoW one,
retrofitting some of the more recent ideas, but at present it isn't top
priority.
