I thought the experimental version of this was good but the full version is
absolutely excellent. Plenty of thrills here and I have only run the Sunday WTT
so far - Can't wait to progress to the busier ones. Great work - keep it up and
I look forward to more like this.

How long before it is expected to deliver a 'B' version for others to try?

Sorry, but it isn't intended to release any updates to the Windows version of
this program at this time.
The program was only intended to be a Windows demonstration of the original DOS
version to obtain customer opinions for future Windows-based software, and we
have been happy with the response we have had.
We are very busy developing our next offerings which is taking up a lot of our
time. Once these are complete, we may consider polishing up the demo and
releasing a full version to offer in parallel with the DOS version.

Sorry, which version are we discussing?
The DOS version is the full release.
The demo that I am referring to is a Windows version and is limited to a four -
six hour shift, as opposed to a full day.
Everything else is the same as the DOS version; just long enough to get a feel
for the new format.
I have reas with some dimay your answer regarding the IOW simulation and it being on the back burner for future development. Bearing in mind the interest in the IOW railway among the general railway enthusiasts and public visiting the IOW are you not missing a valuable market which could add more money to finance your other endeavours. By not pursueing the Windows market and continuing to develop DOS based railway simulations, as good as they are, I feel you are missing a trick. This IOW simulation concerns as far as dammit, a complete and unique, railway operation at a moment in time that chimes with the heridatory market and with all ranges of activity from a quiet Sunday to full bore holiday Saturday It is complex yet not too hard on the easy levels to attract a new group of users who would happily buy the other simulations
once they had mastered the IOW.
Have you asked the present IOW railway asssociation if they have any special anniversary event coming up and if so could you not pull the stops to be ready for a marketing opportunity?

I think you've misunderstood what Brian wrote, Michael. The point is not
that we're developing DOS applications rather than Windows (we're not),
but that we're too busy developing new Windows simulations to spend the
time required to "tidy up" the IoW one as a full Windows product. Both
Brian and I have a new Windows one under development, and since the IoW
one is already available, albeit as a DOS one, it seems better to
concentrate our efforts on the new ones.
I hope at some time it will be possible to finish work on the IoW one,
retrofitting some of the more recent ideas, but at present it isn't top
priority.
