Happy to help with delivery back or to Solent.

I am 43 year old male, Offshore Yachtmaster(commercially endorsed).

Hi I am looking to crew on a boat for the winter series.

I have my competent crew and a year's 'practical experience' and two
years just being an active passenger.

I have crewed offshore and around the Solent, plus around the canaries
and now looking to do some racing. I have done a couple of races this
year. I am a very down to earth, friendly - easy to get with
socialable female age 32 years who has crewed in mixed and single sex
crews.

I am available and ready to commit to the whole series as very keen to
build up my experience.

Barney Sandeman is looking for some crew for the round the island race
on sunday for the classic regatta on Phillip Rhodes 1954 sloop.
know of anyone to play?

He is trying to get some key people to do all of it, but at the end of
the day it is a fun event and we have to be pretty gentle with the
boats. The Round the Island Race on the Sunday will be fun. Monday and
Tuesday, they sit in the Marina admiring their fine craft, then racing
wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat.

Barney needs people for Sunday and a few for Wednesday, possibly a few
for Friday and Saturday, too.

The boat we have is Phillip Rhodes 1954 sloop (prettier than most of
the girls I know).

Is this group mostly for racing or are there any cruisers out there?
I'm a beginner, never sailed before but I have many useful skills.
Would like to get some experience and I'm free 1st - 9th September if
there are any boats sailing then.

I am an experienced cook, plus I am fit and strong and up for doing
anything. I am a keen and fast learner too so if there is any
technical stuff for me you will only have to show me how to do it once.

I am 25, happy to sail with any age group. I am good with kids as well,
having worked as a teacher in the past.

I don't have lots of money to put towards equipment but will work my
ass off
day and night for the chance to get some experience on board. I am
training
for a row across the Atlantic so I need to pick up some basic navigation
skills, and I will probably plague you with technical questions during
the
voyage.

Hi there,

I'm interested in getting on the water, got my RYA 1&2 dinghy
certificates (in Hong Kong), plus day skipper theory and practical (in
the Solent, including a couple of channel crossings, once in December
overnight - brrrrrrr!) , and have some racing experience (again in
Hong Kong) on Flying Fifteens, Magic 25s (on the trapeeze) and a
Hunter 42.

I'm now based in Windsor/London but am keen to get some weekend
sailing in on the Solent, on pretty much anything that's going. While
I've done a fair amount of crewing, I'm not hugely confident on the
helm, but I take orders well and what I lack in skill I make up for in
enthusiasm!! Have own wheels and parents are on the south coast so its
easy to come down and crash with them if needed before/after.

Can reach me on this roofybrown@... or
ruth_brown@... or 07731 841 908.

Cheers
Ruth

Hello,

I am Italian, 38, used to sail in IMS races in Italy, until a year ago,
on 40 to 50 ff boats.

I sailed professionally as navigator, but sometimes as headsail trimmer
and grinder, especially in smaller events.

I was on the official Helly Hansen boat in IMS World Championship 2004,
Giraglia Rolex Cup and several other events. The last race I was in was
on a First 37 in the "Roma per tutti" race, from Rome around some
islands, til Sicily and back, where we got the second place in our
category.

I currently weight 68 Kgs and I am available most week ends. I live in
London.

I know the Mediterranean is not much like here but I want to keep on
sailing and would like to make some experience here, it doesn't matter
if in small regattas or just for cruising. If you have this possibility
Please email me at gabito555@... or
call me / text me on 0776 0426990

Cheers
