Michael Lavocah is teaching both classes this Friday. Theme this week:  To cross or not to cross! How to keep your partner guessing till the very last moment!  

 

Michael suggests that intermediates/improvers attend both classes if possible - the first class will enable you to work on your technique. A wide range of Tango CDs will also be available to buy - or speak to Michael about joining his new 'Cuesta Arriba' tango CD club.

 

Fundamentals Class for all levels including complete beginners 7.30 – 8.15pm

Dancing 8.15 – 8.30pm

Intermediate / improvers Class 8.30 – 9.15pm

Dancing 9.15 – 11pm

 

Cost:

£5/£4 for 1 class and dancing

£6/£5 for 2 classes and dancing

£2 for entry after 9.15pm

Norwich Tango Christmas Party & AGM

Friday 21^st December

 

This year we will have a tango class and a Chacarera class (Argentine Folk Dance) – both classes will be taught by Michael Lavocah and are open to all levels. Dancing will go on until 11pm. Bring some food to share if you can.

Nominations for the committee may be received in advance or at the AGM itself.  Members who have a 40%+ attendance rate in the last year will be eligible to vote at the AGM. Anyone who wishes to become a member of Norwich Tango but who has not yet completed a membership form please do so on a Friday night.

REMINDER

For those who have booked onto the 3 week milonga course `The 39 Steps' with Michael Lavocah - it's week 2 this Thursday! See you there.

Time: Classes run from 8pm – 9.30pm with practice time from 9.30pm – 10pm. Please arrive on time if you can as classes will start promptly.

 

 

Please remember that the NewMu Christmas tea dance previously advertised for Sunday 9^th December will not go ahead as NewMu is currently being refurbished.
