I remember an interview with Prairie in an issue of Tubeland News in which he said he and Vince weren't exactly thrilled that Rundgren used drum machines for much of side B.  It limited their musical participation and they resented it a bit.

I seem to recall either Bill or Prairie once telling me that Fee was not involved at all in the making of Side B of "Love Bomb" because he didn't care for the concept. Also, "Come As You Are" was originally sung by Todd Rundgren, but then Fee went back and replicated Todd's performance note-for-note, and that's what made it to the album. (I never thought about it until I was told that, then when I listened again, I realized just how Rundgren-esque the performance is.)

Can somebody tell me who sings what on the Love Bomb album?
In my younger days I always thought it was mostly Fee who sang the
songs, but now I'm not sure. Especially side B.
So who sings the lead vocals on the 'Love Bomb' album?
