This webpage is essentially designed to share information for service personel who left the services due to The Ministry Of Defence,s manning control ruling (MCP),also known as the brown letter.

We would also would like your views on this issue.If you feel you were badly treated by the services due to the MCP or were threatered with the brown letter at some stage in your career.We could help you as we are now seeking a legal case against the MOD in the near future because we beleive it was a breach of a persons human rights and the ruling being abused by many officers in the MOD to save money..
