From what I hear there will be no switch off of 87.5 to 108.
The DAB system has poor coverage and the quality is not good enough to persuade listeners to go and buy new radios.
OFCOM who had virtually given up policing band two have now realized they need to start cleaning it up again.
BTW. Watch out for M0MDG/P in VHF NFD next weekend from JO00 on 50 / 144 / 432 / 1296.
