Description

The UK-Japan Politics Colloquium was initiated by Barry Keehn, Arthur Stockwin and David Williams, in 1993, aims to bring together, on an annual basis, teachers and researchers in the field of Japanese politics, political economy, international relations and international political economy, with the purpose of discussing current trends and research issues. The colloquium meets in an informal and friendly atmosphere, and research students in UK institutions are especially encouraged to attend and to present their work.
This group was created primarily as a forum for arranging the annual colloquium. However, it also allows for discussion of issues relevant to the research interests of those that would normally meet at the colloquium.
