USChesslive.org a continued source of Liability concerning privacy i   Message List

Whereas the USCF doesn't not supervise the USChesslive.org chess server and
what goes on there it will be a continued source of liability and contention
regarding privacy issues. Whereas many of the persons who are allowed
access to personal information of users on USChesslive.org are not above
using that information for they own biased and personal goals
USChesslive.org will be a source of liability. Whereas USChesslive.org uses
spyware in tendem with allowing law enforcement officials ready immediate
and unlimited access to all aspects of USChesslive.org servers and the
personal information of users without proper cause and reason (I might add
in violation of our 4th Amendment rights) it is a source of contention and
liability.

In that users have been baited, taunted, and harassed publicly by empowered
law enforcement officers such as MarkCarl on the USChesslive server (and I
do not believe he does so in an isolated manner) USChesslive.org will be a
contented source of contention and liability for the U.S.C.F. Whereas he has
publicly indicated as only a TM but then acts in a manner of total control
stiffling discussion, and disssent, without allowing people to say a word to
the contrary of his views; and, abuses his position in stirring up matters
to harass those he is not inclined toward; and, on taking the conversation
to chat mood to express one's views and displeasure with his heavy handed
manner (to then see if he had any remorse which he doesn't); and, Where then
he continues to abuse his official position on the USChesslive.org server by
knocking people offline (so as to be prevented from saving a transcript his
abuse); and, then by muting his opponents (though they had not publicly used
profanity) he shows he is not an impartial person; and,

Whereas he is a law enforcement official his presence on USChesslive is a
violation of our user rights to privacy (and fair and equitable treatment
besides being an unwarranted intrusion of government into our organization a
peace officer weither off duty or not is still a peace officer):

Wherefore we call call for his (and all law enforcement personel's immediate
removal from all positions of authority and responsiblity concerning the
USChesslive.org servers, and the immediate removal of all intrusive spyware.
