clear your mind take an insipration and as you breathe let the words flow... from the inside, realise the feeling now of releasing that flow from the inside to the screen/ paper you know that you know where all the words are and know where else, you can find them cause they are in your pool of resourses the bottomless pool so that no matter what you think you are you are all ways more than that.

Well the news is that I have officially handed over the baton to Peter
Anderson who will now be responsible for all your enquiries and for the
itinerary for the rest of the year. Please give him as much support as

Okay we went to Google and now there are many ways to stay in touch THE BEST WAY
IS STILL THE BEING THERE IN PERSON. I am no longer able to attend regularly as I
live too far away now but if you do not use this moot YOU WILL LOSE THIS MOOT If
you don't like what is going on there then make an effort to talk to those
running it ie Bren and Martine.

We made an itinerary and you'd think we'd offered to serve up cold cod. You will
get out of it what you put into it - and if you guys don't care why should
anyone else.
5 or 6 people each week NOT WONDERFUL NOT HEALTHY for the continued existance of
this moot.

to access this moot now please go to facebook. It is still very much up and
running at Sammy Dow's 2nd Monday of every months. Of course there is also the
