Broadening Audiences
When - Wednesday 4 February 2009, 10am - 4pm
Where - Business Development Centre (Aldgate East)
Cost - FREE (A £35 deposit is required to secure your place, which
will be returned upon attendance of the session).

What - This workshop is the perfect first step to help you target a
wider audience and become more accesible to hard to reach groups -
including disabled people and those from ethnic minority backgrounds.
You will be taken through key considerations such as customer care
and marketing methods, leaving this workshop with practical low-cost
and no-cost tools that you can implement straight away.
