Hello Jim,

I must confess I am not familiar with this particular story so I
can't help you with the sources where the story is documented. I
think Elliot is your main man for this, but as he is a medical
student he is no doubt very busy, so makes infrequent visits here
when he can. I'm sure he'll be along here soon to tell you more.
