Have read the introductory docs, and would like to see a little
deeper into this way - do you have more? Are there other
introductory practices to add to the energy clearing and energy
digestion?
The structure of three centres has a strong similarity with a Taoist
approach - keeping a conscious presence in all of the three centres
described as head, heart and abdominal (or tantien). This abdominal
centre seems to affect the more mysterious aspects of the body and
its relationship with the wider reality.
