Hi Jim,
Yes, babies can certainly suffer trauma in utero and early in life, and continue
to suffer
from it.
Any healing work needs to be done with parents approval and presence. A soul
retrieval
diagnosis would be a good start, in my experience. Since both mother and child
experienced the trauma together, any diagnosis should look at both their needs;
in my
own experience with my own daughter, my personal healing has shifted the energy
between both of us and helped her to heal.
If you don't know where to find a soul retrieval person, and I recommend using
someone
local to the Mom who can assist with integration and follow-up work, see http://
www.shamanicteachers.com/, which lists practitioners trained by Sandra Ingerman
.
People trained with Alberto Villoldo in the Light Body school also do retrieval,
tho I can't
personally speak for that style of working.
Blessings,
Meg Beeler

that
perhaps the child suffered a loss of spirit in the ordeal. Normally I would be
of the opinion
that the connection to the mother would protect a child from this, but now I do
not know.
