Hello everyone, I thought i would write about ayni and munay this evening. Ayni is a concept which means reciprocity.It means to help others without concern for yourself.To act in Ayni with pachamama when you cleanse your energy body of blocks feed this (Hucha) heavy slow energy to the pachamama as it is her food. Whilst you are doing this open your crown chakra and draw (sami) light refined energy into your energy body. You will intuitivley know when this cycle is complete as you may feel a little light headed. At this point close your crown chakra and give thanks to tayta inti and pachamama. This is how to act in ayni with the universe.To act in ayni with other human beings is to mutually work together and treat each other equally and with respect. It makes no difference between races. The concept of ayni has been forgotten in many countries especially in the western countries as the people here are in competition with eachother.Each individual is too busy concerned with bettering themselves they do not see that society is meant to be about community envolvement and not individuals trying to gain control or power.The concept of power is very different in the andes everyone has knowledge and all have personal power but all have equal so everyone is the same. People in the andes do not have a greed for power. It is normal for a man to work a nieghbours fields and for the neighbour to herd the mans llamas if needed.These people are acting with ayni and are in harmony with the universe.
