Re: Depressed Mesa

Hello James,
My thoughts are with you!
During this time of difficulty I would suggest taking the khuyas from
you mesa to a free flowing river, Immerse them in the water to purify
and remove any hucha that has accumulated in them. With regard to
your health I would suggest that you eat a small piece of ginger
root/Ginseng/St Johns Wort in the morning after you awaken. This is
know to improve circulaion and to improve how you are feeling. I am
offline most of the time at the moment but I will continue with the
quechua teaching now that I am available again. This goes for all
members of the group (Eric!!) This will be in word document format
with mock pronounciation. I am available to help anyone who needs. I
will be performing Hucha Mikhuy at approximatley Midday (GMT)Sunday
13th JAN for those who require this. Also I will be doing chumpi work
for thiose that require. PLease contact me if you want me to do
anything specific. Thanks
In Love and Light
Maria Rosita Apaza Marchaqa

My mentor has had little insight and truth be told I have been
avoiding her since she said a few things that didn't help but
actually hurt.

realized that the depression is deep enough where they are affected
as well. I was in a good enough mood when I picked it up, but within
a half hour my mood had turned dark, and I could feel the depression
radiating from the little ones.
