Awakening the Sacred Mid Ohio Valley

October 10th - 12th

People Spend $1000s traveling to sacred sites for renewal, inspiration, and healing each year.

Did You know that the Mid Ohio Valley is the home of an ancient series of Hopewell Ceremonial mound works just waiting to be honored and reactivated. Once reactivated these sites become a place for nature spirits to receive nourishment, and a meeting ground for spiritual communion. In return these spirits bring renewed energy to the community for peace, harmony, and the accomplishments of new dreams.

Join Andean Priest and Shaman Zane Curfman for this new weekend travel program.

We will be staying at the Ravenwood Nature Retreat in the the Highlands Nature Sanctuary of southern Ohio. This region of Ohio boasts some of the best wilderness hiking in the Midwest and is the center of several outstanding archaeological sites including serpent mound the largest serpent effigy in the Americas. The lower Scioto Valley Watershed, into which the Rocky Fork drains, was once the center of the largest and most artistic and complex native American civilization north of Mexico -- the prehistoric Hopewell Culture. The culture absorbed and united the tribes across most of the continents eastern deciduous forest west of the Alleghenies for at least five hundred years in the early part of the first millennium, with trade routes stretching from Yellowstone to Michigan and Florida. Their axis of power, and the largest repository of their sacred art and massive geometrical earthworks was located in Chillicothe, Ohio -- just twenty five miles east of the Highlands Nature Sanctuary

We will be awakening these sacred sites in a specific secession using ancient Native earth-keeper ceremonies. This energetic movement creates the energy necessary to facilitate driving forces to trigger the next step in our community's and worlds evolution. By visiting sites of importance which are associated with the history of the area from the earliest days of the Mound Builders and Hopewell, to Chief Cornstalk and Tecumseh, the first battles of the revolutionary war, to the present industry. To activate the potential for profound spiritual development and prepare all of the individual participants for the shift in consciousness that the Inka, and other ancient prophecies speak of as the "Golden Age of man"
