We can draw on the energy of the earth - Pachamama and the cosmos. We
can then give it to other people. If we have heavy energy we can give
it to Pachamama and cleanse ourselves.

The most important energy pass is to transform our personal energy
into cosmic/universal energy by connecting with mother earth -
'pachamama', then connecting with the cosmos with the right hand,
convert this energy into magic with the left hand, and then bring it
to the heart and transform this energy into live before giving it
back to pachamama. In this way we turn our own energy into cosmic
energy and are ready to share this energy with other people.

When we share energy it must be with 'intent'. We must first
transform our personal energy into cosmic/universal energy (as above)
as we don't want to give the person we are sharing our energy with
our personal energy. We must learn to quieten the mind.Many of us
have a constant internal dialouque in our minds. We constantly
question ourselves. We are very materialistic. The concept of freedom
is that we are free to do whatever we want. This is not true, We must
engage with the enrgies around us to become truly free.

We must learn to distance ourselves from our thoughts and clear our
minds. Focusing the attention on all the senses at once so that these
become 'holding points', temporarily freeing the mind from
identification with thoughts and feelings.

That is why the ego has to take a back seat and let the spiritual
self take the steering wheel.
