I am so happy for you...having your 1st Yoga session. Its wonderful isn't it
. Alot of people think they are unable to do Yoga because they are not flexable or in your case in a wheelchair-- but that is one of the wonderful benifits of Yoga...anyone can do it, and everyone should try it. I realize not everyone can afford the formal classes, in those cases I suggest buying a DVD or CD with a good instructor. Anyone and Everyone is welcome to ask any questions they may have..I will do my best to answer those questions.
Well I have been slacking off on the Yoga... Hubby bought a New TV and DVD player... and has decided HE wants to move MY sacred space to the bedroom, including my Big Altar. Our Bedroom is on the Second Floor of the house, I really prefered everything in Our living room (1st floor), but I guess he doesn't , LOL. I have just made an great purchase ...inexpensive purchase.. We still have our old VHF player, even though we don't use it anylonger, I found 6 VHF tape set for literally 3.99 at a closeout store. Each tape works on different parts of your body and then 1 that is for relaxing. I haven't been able to use them yet, still augueing over Sacred Space...lol... He says my Yoga equipment and main Alter taked up too much space in the living room...Ah come on....lol
Well Lillith, congrads on your 1st session...I am sure you will get great benafit from the classes.
