Hi,
does anyone know if the Consultative group intend to challenge the
estimates at the general meeting on Wednesday?
My point about the blatantly inflated cost of removing the sauna was
really just stating the most obvious.
Most of the items in the estimates are much more technical - they
could be duplicates or partial duplicates or the costs/meter over
charged.
We need someone who can authoritatively comment on the need for the
items and if they reflect market values ?
Do you know of anyone we could fax the estimates to for comment -
perhaps outside the group?
Establishing that some lines of the estimates are not accurate could
send them back to the consultants to revise.
Regards - Mark
