Dear York Hall User Group
I (and another confused person I met outside St Margaret's House) tried to
attend the meeting advertised on this group for 14 October, only to find
that it had been cancelled. Could the person responsible ensure that all
events and changes of plan of interest to the group members are communicated
to us all?
I understand that there is a separate email list which was used in this case
- might it not be sensible to choose one method or the other, and not mix
them? it might also have been an idea to inform people of the exact location
of meetings within St Margarets. The user group notice board in York Hall,
which has been blank recently, could also be used in this regard.
You really can't afford to alienate potential supporters in this way,
assuming that you would like more people to get involved - if you don't just
let me know and I'll mind my own business...
Regards,
Antonio
Slightly annoyed York Hall user
