The Council is currently consulting on its new, revised "Unitary Development Plan" for 2005-2015 which will largely determine the direction of planning policy and the use of land in Tower Hamlets for the next 10 years.
As part of that consultation, the Council is meeting all the Local Area Partnerships to hold discussions with local interest groups and residents.
The first of these (for the Bethnal Green area - LAPS 1 and 2) is happening next Saturday 12th June from 10.30-1pm at Oxford House, Derbyshire Street, London E2
