Dear all

 

I've been following the emails about the steam room/'spa' and while this isn't my main reason for going to YH, it worries me that the fears we expressed at the outset of the redevelopment may come to pass - and without us letting our feelings be known again.  It also seems to me that the pool closure is taking longer than was originally stated and the gym (which I do use) is also showing some slightly worrying signs of mismanagement.

 

I think it's time we met with the YH/GLL management to find out how things are going with the project.  Anyone else agree?  If so, I will try to arrange a date.
