puritanical and hypocritical I think! Wearing clothes in a bath is perverse.
I am also sick of gays ruining any male space there is by arrogantly thinking it is theirs to wank at each other in.
Thereby driving other users away.
The Draconian thing of seeing there is a problem with literal wankers, and rather than just doing what is done elsewhere in Europe and just banning wanking, no you suddenly have to wear clothes.
I object to the clothes wearing because it implies that men together is the same as men and women together and thus it is impossible for men to chill out together without having sexual tension.
Yes, I would take up the York Hall case, I would point to places elsewhere in Europeand not some diktat from the Taliban, fundamentalist Muslims or Americans who are still on the Mayflower.
York Hall was a great institution, it was a great male chill out space where men could really relax. The exception was when there were a bunch of pervs wanking at each other to spoil it.
They still go there to do this, I guess,. Many of them were the minority wearing clothes anyway.
There is a bloke at the Oasis who single handedly has ruined the sauna there by making it into some sort of a brothel.
I would support any move to introduce serious penalties for those found abusing the freedom of a sauna.

Martin,
Not sure why you say they have an issue with gays - the bathing suits are there because it's mixed & it's in the puritanical US rather than Germany/Austria/ Switzerland.
I suspect that if they thought that by having single sex days they could get more Bottoms on Seats (BOS) without driving away the existing straight cliental they probably would.
Anyone up to moving the York Hall situation on?
I have lost interest in it to be honest but if anyone has the energy/time/ inclination an approach would be to call the management and point out that they could increase the BOS numbers they obviously so badly need by scheduling single sex days where nudity and body rubs were permitted. Say 1 day a week male, 1 female.
This group has 167 members who would take up the offer and there are hundreds more that haven't joined the group but would be interested.
Anyone feel like
taking on the job or has another approach?
Mark
PS: I thought not :(
