I think it's a sensible suggestion too, but I'm not optimistic that
management would be interested in trying it.
Would it be possible to hire the spa for a one-off private function
and get a group of us to come along? If it was well supported there
would be evidence that demand is there. I've no idea if this is
practical, or what it would cost, but public swimming pools can be
hired for kids' parties, so why not?

Put across coherently and frankly I think it should stand some chance
of success but it may take some persistence.

reason/excuse given for the rather draconian practice implemented
currently, I think these should be addressed:namely that traditional
users do not condone the mis-use of the space by those who have come
for sexual gratification, indeed we are horrified by the idea as would
be users in other parts on Europe where sauna culture is better
understood. Thereby, we are explaining that we can educate good sauna
practice. I think this is very important. GLL has a policy, correctly
of wanting all users to respect others and to act in a decent way.
That is exactly what traditional bath users practice.
