I am interested in the polls being circulated - should we not also poll
how often members of this group used to use the facility before it
changed to its current format, and how often they have used it since or
use it now. I for one used to use it at least twice a month but have
not actually been back since it changed due to the horror stories I
have heard about the changes and in fact I am reluctant to sully my
very fond memories of York Hall, and the patrons of all ages that used
to use it by it having changed so much!

I tried to see if they would give a free sample (or at least reduced
price entrance) with their sports taster weekend - but again no, and it
would appear from my response no thoughts to do so either ....... short
sighted if they want to build custom - have they not heard of
promotion?
