Strip near BallyMoney, County Antrim

Just noticed on one of the CAA's chart updates mention of a strip at N 55 03
31 W 006 35 06, which would put it on the western bank of the River Bann,
about 3 miles WSW of BallyMoney.

Anyone know anything about it or its residents, if any ?
