I happen to have spent the day looking for airstrips in mostly S of
Wiltshire...then on my return came across this Yahoo group.

Here's my observations on a couple I visited..

BOWERCHALKE Middle Chase Farm - great NNE/SSW strip - clearly visible
and in good condition. No hangerage available (AFAIK).
Anyone know contact for PPR?

DINTON Manor Farm - no strip found.
