sounds like a tricky one, now first you need to figure
out how many angles of movement there are ( which is
3 including the eye lids). Now the best way to get
these movements is to use servos (available at hobby /
model shops for about £8), the eyes would be linked
together so they move in the same directions at the same
time, there are 2 angles of movement on the eyes these
are up and down, right to left so this requires 2
servos (one for up and down and the other for right to
left). The eye lids would only need one servo to open
and close them. Then once you have done the
mechanical side of things you need to do the software which
will be a lot
